Seminar Cancellation Policy
Online Seminars
Cancellations made more than three business days in advance of the seminar date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three business days, or less, in advance of the seminar date will forfeit any seminar fees. No-shows will forfeit any seminar fees. We do not accept walk-ins.
Weekend, One-Day, and Module Seminars
Cancellations made at least two weeks in advance of the seminar date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance will receive a credit toward a future seminar. No-shows will forfeit their seminar fees. We do not accept walk-ins. Please Note: If you cancel your registration and you pre-ordered the manual, you will only receive the same seminar credit, not a refund.
Seminar Credits
Seminar credits can only be applied when registering by phone. Please call Apex Seminars at (800) 736-4381 Option 2 to register using seminar credits.
